Quality frame sets come from quality manufacturing. Expertise is mandatory in the production of complicated, one-piece carbon fiber products. The factory workers that build CEEPO frames are the best trained carbon technicians in the world. Since more than 90% of frameset manufacturing is manual, the expertise, training, quality control, and attitude of the factory workers is integral to producing a first-class product. Joe Tanaka spends 25% of his time at the factory making sure that manufacturing standards are met or exceeded, and that quality control is rigorous and constantly improving.

Ceepo’s quality efforts don’t stop on the factory floor. Ceepo keeps an open communication channel with CEEPO riders. Rider input is valuable and enlightening, it is mandatory if CEEPO is to continue to make the best triathlon bikes.
And finally, as we take aesthetics seriously, special attention to details make sure that all CEEPO framesets are free from defects and blemishes.
